Glen South is ordained and commissioned as a church-planting missionary by Grace Baptist Church in Middletown, Ohio. He is presently pursuing a degree in divinity from Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary in Owensboro, Kentucky. 

Prior to their appointment to Cambodia, Glen and his family served as church planters in the Republic of Turkey. They learned the Turkish language and, alongside teammates, established Kutahya Gospel Church in Kutahya, Turkey. Their intention was to minister in Turkey long-term; however, they were forced to leave the country in January 2020. They are now in the Kingdom of Cambodia learning the Khmer language, establishing local churches, and training indigenous pastoral leaders. 

Glen and his wife, Sonya, were married in 2015 and together they have one son named Theodore and a daughter named Eliza.
